Rebate Programs
We are committed to the health and safety of our customers, and reducing the spread of COVID -19. To better serve you, the Sustainability Division has provided an exterior mailbox for all physical Water and Electric Conservation rebate applications at the corporate yard location, 160 S. 10th Street in Colton. Customers can fill out their rebate form online or email inquiries and applications to conservation@coltonca.gov. All turf removal pre and post-inspections will be conducted independently practicing 6ft social distancing and wearing a facemask. Thank you for your cooperation during this time and we look forward to continuing to provide you programs that save water and money for our community.
Indoor Rebates (PDF) – Spanish Application
Toilets - $100 (Limit 3 per household) High Efficient Washing Machine - $75 (Limit 1 per household)* High Efficient Dishwasher - $75 (Limit 1 per household)* Low-Flow Showerhead - $25 (Limit 3 per household)
Outdoor Rebates (PDF) – Spanish Application
Weather Based Irrigation Timer - Up to $150 (Limit 1 per household) High Efficient Sprinkler Nozzles - $4/per nozzle (Max. $100) Drought Tolerant Plants - 50% (Up to $150) Drip/Mulch - 50% (Up to $150 each)
Turf Removal Program (PDF) – Spanish Application
$2 per square foot (Max. $800, per project) Projects must be completed within four months to guarantee funds

Note: Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while funds are available. All applications must be pre-approved prior to item purchase and installation (unless otherwise stated or agreed upon). Restrictions apply, please see rebate applications for further details. Rebates are subject to change without prior notification. Applicants must adhere to all local and city codes, as applicable.
