Luque Center
Program Offerings

The Luque Community Center is one of four neighborhood community centers in Colton. The center is located south of the 10 freeway at the north edge of beautiful Veterans Park.
The Center is open in the mornings by appointment only for the Neighbor Helping Neighbor program. This program has a limited amount of non-perishable food, clothing, personal hygiene and medical type supplies/equipment (adult diapers, canes) available for Colton residents. These items are made possible through generous donations and events sponsored by Colton businesses, schools, groups and clubs for their neighbors in need. For more information, to make an appointment or donation please call Specialist Katelyn Hazelip at 909-370-5524 or email
During the afternoon we offer FREE Youth Drop-in Recreation programming for ages 6-12, Monday—Friday from 2:15—5:00 pm. Talented and trained recreation leaders are on duty at all of our community centers, and they are ready to get everyone involved in a variety of activities or events and provide resource information.

An Emergency Registration Form is required to participate in the Drop-in Recreation program and can be picked up at the center.
