General Administration

• Implement and maintain City Council goals and objectives, policies and priorities
• Develop and recommend programs to ensure the economic development and financial vitality of the City
• Coordinate the preparation of the agenda for the City Council Oversee the preparation of the City’s long term capital improvement plans and financing strategies
• Manage and coordinate the development of the City’s budget

Community Projects

• Coordination of the Annual State of the City Address

Legislative Advocacy

• Serve as the chief legislative advocate on issues of major significance to the City (Delhi Sands Flower-Loving Fly, Per chlorate Water Contamination, 3-5 Storm Drain Funding, Funding for Major Projects, etc.)
