Channel 3 is an informative station that records and airs City Council meetings. Then meetings are also streamed on the internet and achieved. The most recent City Council meeting is replayed on Thursday evening at 6 pm and Saturday at noon. All other meetings can be viewed online on the archived section of the City of Colton web site.
Non-profit organizations are welcome to send in information that needs to be aired. Advertising for businesses or profit-making organizations is not expected.
1. Please download the Channel 3 Form and fill it in accordingly then send it back to Channel 3 as a PDF attachment. If you have any images that go along with the flyer, please scan them and email them to mis@ci.colton.ca.us
2. Provide a Non-Profit Number.
3. Please submit your information TWO WEEKS prior to the date when the flyer is to be on air.
4. The flyers have a maximum airtime of two months.
The potential viewing audience for Channel 3 is comprised of over 47,00 households. Cable survey results show that nearly 47 percent of these households subscribe to cable television and 53 percent of Colton households within San Bernardino County. Channel 3 is offered as a public service by the City of Colton.
The Community Access bulletin Board is a computerized listing of public service messages that runs on Channel 3. It provides a listing of community events such as fairs, events, concerts, and community services.
